The next meeting of the Cordage Institute Technical Committee will be held on October 3-4, 2023 at LIVE Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. In addition, the Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, October 3rd.
Situated in South Philly’s Stadium District, the hotel offers an opportunity to experience big league action. The Lincoln Financial Field, Wells Fargo Center, and Citizens Bank Park are all within walking distance.
A group dinner will be planned for the evening of Tuesday, October 3rd. The per person cost to cover the meal, taxes, service charges/gratuities, and roundtrip transportation has cost approximately $80 to $95, excluding alcoholic beverages, for past dinners.
Please let me know if you will be attending the meeting, and please indicate if you plan to join us for the optional group dinner so we can plan accordingly.

Wednesday, October 4th
8:00am to 10:00am Technical Subcommittee Meetings
10:00am to Noon Technical Committee Meeting
Our discounted group is $189 plus tax per night. This includes complimentary internet in guestrooms and the event center.
Hotel reservations can be made online or by calling 1-833-472-5483 and indicating that you will be attending the Cordage Institute’s meeting.
The cut-off date to ensure a reservation is Tuesday, September 5th.
Ground Transportation and Parking
The cost for taxi service between the Philadelphia International Airport and the hotel is approximately $24 to $27 each way. In addition, Uber and Lyft are available for local transportation.
Self-parking at the hotel is complimentary.
